For over ten years, Christine Tucker has been helping clients buy and sell their homes as a licensed Realtor®. Christine has served everyone from first time home buyers to people relocating to Watkinsville and Oconee County. With a background in counseling and sales, she is ready to listen, communicate and negotiate her clients dreams and needs so they can make smart investments.
Christine currently hosts two Airbnb’s in Watkinsville and Athens. What started as an income stream during the uncertainty of the early Pandemic has turned into a true love of helping people start their own Airbnbs. With current inflation rates, using your primary home as an income property is a real option. Christine offers Consulting Services to help you explore the possibilities and make it a reality.
Christine serves the community as a member of the Watkinsville City Council & Chair of the newly formed Downtown Development Authority in Watkinsville. She is an active member at Resurrection Presbyterian Church. Her love of travel, historic home renovations, antiquing and people drives Christine’s success in real estate.

Latetia is Christine’s extra set of hands keeping processes running smoothly and making sure that our client’s needs are met year round. You may hear from Latetia as she coordinates details for everything from home inspections to closings.
Latetia and her family recently bought a historic home in Greensboro GA and are enjoying benefiting from Christine’s antiquing skills. Latetia loves lots of warm drinks in the winter and cold ones in the summer, walking her dogs, reading and meeting new people.
