The Wednesday market, open March - November, is in downtown Athens from 5-8pm and is hosted by Creature Comforts (271 E. Hancock Ave). The market sells naturally grown produce, organically prepared foods, fresh flowers, handmade arts and hot coffee. Live music is played at both markets and a children’s booth is open every Saturday offering a creative activity. SNAP benefits accepted. Don’t have transportation? No problem! Athens Transit can get you to both locations.
