For Sellers, Marketing – A strong internet presence is necessary to sell your home. Home buyers use the internet more than any other method of searching and buying. I will make certain that your home is visible on the internet - MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media etc. My goal is to sell without creating stressful burdens on you, thus I will make realistic and helpful suggestions for staging and decluttering. Most homes require very simple decluttering and staging tips. I will use my professionally trained eye to focus on what is most important to make your home look its best. Excellent photography is an essential part of marketing a home - and my commitment to you.
Problem Solving - Buying and Selling a home usually creates the need to mediate and solve problems. I will work creatively and quickly to resolve these issues for you.
Optimism - I will emphasize the highlights and positives of a home not focus solely on the problems. My commitment to this comes from personal and professional experience with demoralizing and depressing realtors pointing out the problems in homes which is especially discouraging for a seller. For buyers, I will offer creative suggestions to help overcome obstacles to help a home become a great fit.
Networking - I have a strong track record of working actively in the community at large and in the community of realtors. This one-on-one networking coupled with my internet marketing and presence creates interest and showings of your home. It also allows me to know of homes for sale before they officially come on the market.
Getting a Home to Closing- My time and energy is pushing toward the goal of sitting at the closing table. I will work hard on your behalf to problem solve with minimal interruption to your daily life.
